Our Method:

Simplicity. Efficiency. Our payroll plans are engineered to get the job of your company’s payroll done with a minimum of fuss or hassle. We’ve designed them to be incredibly simple… for you. The trend in the payroll business today is to create an online software, make the client log in and do all the work themselves. We don’t like that, in fact, our goal is to do as much of the work as possible.

Here’s how it works.

You gather the hours for your hourly employees. We provide either a one-page form to fax, or a spreadsheet to email us. Your work is done!

You will hear from us if we have a question or if we did not receive anything. We are proactive like that.

Otherwise, we show up in a couple days, at your office, to drop off the payroll.

The only other thing you’ll have to do is enter the payroll numbers into your accounting system, but we will definitely help you with that as well, and make doing that as easy as is possible.

That’s it.

By the way, we do not “take custody” your payroll funds like others do. Your money stays in your account until the date they are due. Think of it this way, we are merely doing the calculations and printing the checks for the pay and the taxes for you, from your own account, on our check-stock. See how simple?
