Payroll is our main business here, but we are also asked to do work in the following areas:

Bookkeeping / Setups- Businesses needing their QuickBooks system set up and to get trained on how to use it right call us. Some customers with small businesses find it’s easiest to have us keep their books. We use QuickBooks and also an accounting system called MultiLedger.

Accounting / Controller- a fair amount of work comes from being a Controller-On-Call, where a business has a bookkeeper but needs someone to come in once a week or so to fix QuickBooks problems, accounting issues, put together good financials that their Bankers and CPA’s ask for, reconcile bank statements, whatever’s needed.

Cash Flow Forecasting- Your accounting system provides historical information. The problem with the past is that you can’t change it. Small business owners who want to look forward need a dynamic cash flow forecast. Imagine being able to see what your cash balance should be 2 or 3 months from now? Personal Money Management- We have helped individuals manage their personal finances too. Some people can’t and some just don’t want to pay bills, balance their checkbook, and so on.
